Technical Skills

1 to 3 years of practical experience in operating CNC grinding machines is required, with proficiency in operating Fanuc and Siemens systems.
Be capable of independent programming and machine adjustment, and master the setting of grinding parameters and the selection of grinding wheels.
Proficient in reading mechanical drawings and capable of process optimization (e.g., tool processing techniques).

Job Adaptability

Accept the two-shift system.
Be responsible for the daily inspection and maintenance of equipment to ensure processing accuracy.

Qualifications and Salary

Secondary vocational school/high school or above, majoring in mechanical engineering is preferred.
Salaries are generally piece-rate, with monthly salaries ranging from 4,000 to 8,000 yuan.

Core skills

Familiar with systems such as Frank and Guangzhou CNC, and capable of independently programming and operating lathes.
Proficient in CAD/CAM software (such as UG, MasterCAM), and possess the ability of process design.

Experience requirements

Those with over 3 years of processing experience in titanium alloys or high-hardness materials are preferred.
Production should be carried out in accordance with the drawings and process documents to ensure quality and efficiency.

Position Benefits

The salary range is 4K-8K. The company offers night shift subsidies or performance bonuses.
Strong sense of responsibility and able to adapt to high-intensity production.

Professional Background

It is necessary to be familiar with the characteristics of titanium alloy products (bars/plates/tubes) and their downstream applications (military, medical, etc.).
Those with foreign trade experience are preferred. Some enterprises require English communication skills is required (as they involve export business).
Full-time college degree or above.

Ability Requirements

Market development capability (customer resources and channel construction).
Master international trade processes, such as customs declaration and logistics coordination.
